The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

PRC Baguio Adds Additional Date for Their Mobile Outreach Services

The Professional Regulations Commission - Baguio Regional Office announces the addition of the following dates and venues for their Mobile Outreach Services, which will run from 26 March to 23 April, 2018 in selected Northern and Central Luzon provinces:

March 26, 2018 (Monday)
Rosales, Pangasinan
Robert B. Estrella Sr. Memorial Stadium
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

April 23, 2018 (Monday)
Asingan, Pangasinan
Francisco A. Sapigao Memorial Sports and Cultural Center (With Jobs Fair)
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    The following services will be available on March 26 (Monday) and April 23 (Monday):

    • Application for licensure examinations with Online Application Form generated and printed at www.prc.gov.ph;
    • Initial Registration for Licensure Examination passers with Online Initial Registration Form generated and printed at www.prc.gov.ph;
    • Renewal of Professional ID card with Online ID Renewal Form generated and printed at www.prc.gov.ph;
    • Release of Professional ID Card and Certificate of Registration (per prior request by the professional and subject to availability);
    • Issuance of Certificate of Good Standing (upon request); and
    • Issuance of Certificates of Passing and Ratings for NLE, LET and Criminologist only.

    NOTE: Professionals who wish to claim their Professional ID Card and/or Board Certificate on the above schedule may email the PRC Baguio Regional Office at prcbaguio.regulations.renewal@gmail.com or prcbaguio.releasing@gmail.com or text 0946-083-8240 and/or 0927-788-0145 at least 3 or 4 working days before the scheduled date with the following information:
