The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that those who have been previously admitted (repeaters) to the Real Estate Consultants’ Licensure Examination (RECLE) are allowed to take the December 2022 RECLE – Theoretical Phase, and the deadline for the filing of applications has been extended until November 15, 2022. This will be the last time that non – Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management graduates shall be allowed to take the RECLE.
