The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that the concerned Regional Offices (RO) are authorized to accept and process examination applications strictly WITHIN FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS following the prescribed deadline for the filing of applications only on special and justifiable cases herein identified, and other similar conditions which hinder timely filing, PROVIDED that such cases are duly supported by appropriate documentary evidence from competent authorities, subject to evaluation of the concerned RO, and PROVIDED further that:

1. The applicants have secured and paid their online appointment schedule on or before the prescribed deadline for the filing of applications;
2. The RO concerned shall document the justifications for processed applications beyond the prescribed deadline, and encode the same in the remarks portion in the Licensure and Registration Information System (LERIS) account of processor/issuing officer; and
3. No reopening of the application system shall be undertaken beyond the prescribed deadline.
