The PRC strictly adheres to the procedures and processes prescribed in its Citizen’s Charter. The transacting public is advised to refer only to the PRC Citizen’s Charter, available on the PRC website, for the prescribed requirements, processing timelines, and applicable fees.

The PRC will continue to take appropriate measures to protect the public from misinformation, fraudulent activities, and unauthorized facilitation of PRC transactions against individuals, groups, or online pages.
