The supplier shall bid for the item described in the Terms of Reference, which shall not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges:

Lot 1: Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos (Php11,334.00)

Lot 2: Thirty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Seven Pesos and Seventy-Four Centavos (Php37,987.74)

Lot 3: Sixty Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-One Pesos and One Centavo (Php60,461.01)

Bidders who are legally, technically, and financially capable may submit their accomplished open quotation/proposal personally by mail/courier addressed to the BAC Office, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila or via email at bac@prc.gov.ph using the “PRC Official Forms” provided in the RFQ, duly signed by the owner or his duly authorized representative, not later than September 15, 2025, at 10:00 A.M.
