The supplier shall bid for the item described in the Terms of Reference, which shall not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges:

Lot 1: Two Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Fifty-Eight Pesos and Two Centavos (Php279,058.02)

Lot 2: Seven Hundred Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos and Thirty-Seven Centavos (Php716,135.37)

Bidders who are legally, technically, and financially capable may submit their accomplished open quotation/proposal personally by mail/courier addressed to the BAC Office, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila or via email at bac@prc.gov.ph using the “PRC Official Forms” provided in the RFQ, duly signed by the owner or his duly authorized representative, not later than September 10, 2025, at 10:00 A.M.
