The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at:

All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Invitation to the Information Session on Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership and ASEAN Architect Registry on June 09, 2022

The Professional Regulation Commission through the Professional Regulatory Board of Architecture will be participating in the upcoming Information Session on Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and ASEAN Architect Registry (AAR), entitled “PH Construction Industry Moving through the Crisis” which will be held at the SMX Convention Center Clark, Pampanga at 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.. Hon. Robert S. Sac, Chairman of the PRB of Architecture, will be one of the key speakers on the said event.

In this regard, the PRC is inviting all concerned professionals in the architectural and engineering services sector to join and participate in this information session on AAR.

The information session will include discussions on AAR background, rationale, advantages, and focusing on maximizing business opportunities in the construction and related engineering services sector.
