The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) sends its warmest congratulations to the successful takers and the TOP SIX examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded October 2025 Naval Architects Computer-Based Licensure Examination. The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the fifty-three (53) successful passers out of the one hundred and eighteen (118) examinees in N. C. R.
