The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) warmly congratulates the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded October 2025 Physicians Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the four thousand five hundred and seventy (4,570) successful passers out of the five thousand nine hundred (5,900) examinees in N.C.R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamaboanga.
