The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) advises the public to remain vigilant against individuals or groups who are instructing clients, applicants, or registrants to download and install mobile applications purportedly intended to assist or guide them in their PRC transactions.

Please be informed that the PRC does NOT have any official mobile application available on Android or iOS platforms. Any application claiming to represent or facilitate PRC services is unauthorized and fraudulent.

Reports received by the Commission indicate that certain individuals falsely present themselves as PRC personnel and persuade victims to communicate through unofficial channels, request screen sharing, and direct them to download unverified APK files from third‑party links. Such schemes pose serious security risks and may result in the compromise of personal data, login credentials, and online accounts.

In this regard, the PRC categorically states that:

• All official PRC transactions and services are conducted only through its authorized website and official communication channels;
• The PRC does not authorize any person or group to provide assistance through private messages, social media platforms, or unofficial applications;
• The PRC will never require the installation of mobile applications, deletion of official apps, screen sharing, or the disclosure of personal information, passwords, or payment details.

The public is strongly cautioned to:

• Not download or install any application claiming to represent PRC services;
• Not share personal information, login credentials, or payment details with unauthorized individuals or platforms;
• Immediately report any suspicious activity or individuals offering such services.
