The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) extends its warmest congratulations to the Top Four (4) Performing Schools in the August 2026 Sanitary Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination (SECBLE) for their outstanding performance and commitment to excellence in sanitary engineer education.

The recognized institutions, each with 50 or more examinees and a passing rate of at least 80%, distinguished themselves through the strong and steadfast performance of their examinees.  Their achievement reflects the quality of education, training, and preparation provided to future Registered Sanitary Engineers (RSEs).

The Commission further congratulates the administrators, faculty members, mentors, and successful examinees whose dedication and collective efforts contributed to this achievement. Their success highlights the important role of higher education institutions in developing competent, ethical, and globally competitive sanitary engineers who contribute to national development and public welfare.

The results of the August 2026 SECBLE were released one (1) working day after the last day of examination, underscoring the Commission’s continuing efforts to provide timely, efficient, and responsive licensure examination services.

The Commission celebrates this milestone with the top-performing schools and the newest members of the Sanitary Engineer profession. Congratulations on this well-earned achievement!
