The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) lauds and congratulates the successful takers and the TOP THREE (3) examinees who garnered the highest rankings of the recently concluded May 2026 Special Professional Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (SPLE-LEPT) - Elementary. The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the forty-one (41) successful passers out of the ninety-nine (99) examinees: that is, forty-one point forty-one percent (41.41%), in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taipei.
