The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) sends its warmest congratulations to the successful takers and the TOP TEN (10) examinees who garnered the highest rankings of the recently concluded May 2026 Special Professional Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (SPLE-LEPT) - Secondary. The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the one hundred and twenty-six (126) successful passers out of the one hundred and eighty-seven (187) examinees: that is, sixty-seven point thirty-eight percent (67.38%), in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taipei.
