In line with this, PRC announces the temporary suspension of operations in ALL PRC Offices and Service Centers nationwide on February 17, 2026, Tuesday.  This is pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006, “Declaring February 17, 2026 (Tuesday), as an Additional Special (Non-Working) Day – in celebration of the Chinese New Year -  throughout the country. This is extending full opportunity for the observance of the event, which cultivates cultural respect and national unity.

Set appointments will be accommodated upon resumption of operations on February 18, 2026 – Wednesday.
