As the Filipino nation commemorates the death anniversary of former Senator Benigno “Ninoy” S. Aquino, Jr., the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) respectfully honors the observance of the Ninoy Aquino Day on August 21, 2025 (Thursday).

Following the suspension of operations on said Special Non-Working Holiday, all affected appointments will be accommodated the following day, Friday, August 22, 2025.
