Manila, Philippines - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the Civil Service Commission – Contact Center ng Bayan (CSC-CCB) on November 22, 2022 for being one of the top agencies with the highest number of resolved public concerns for the period 2012 – 2022.
On behalf of PRC, Administrative Service Director, Teofilo M. Sison, Jr.; Information and Communications Technology Service Director, Gina A. Consignado; and Human Resource and Development Division Chief, Atty. Arjay R. Rosales received the certificate from the CSC-CCB representatives Mr. Bernadict M. Antonio and Mr. James E. Viernez II.
The Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) is a feedback mechanism initiated by CSC under the Republic Act No. 11032 or the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act”, where clients can request information and assistance on government frontline service procedures, and report commendations, appreciation, complaints, and feedback.
With this recognition, PRC is inspired to further improve its key services including public assistance and information program.
