The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the assumption into office of Atty. Erwin M. Enad as the new PRC Commissioner.

Atty. Enad took his oath before the PRC on March 8, 2022 and assumed position on March 9, 2022.

He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws from the Ateneo de Davao University, Master in Management from the University of the Philippines – Mindanao, and Master in National Security Administration from the National Defense College of the Philippines where he was awarded a Bronze Medal for Academic Excellence. He is a Senior Fellow in Public Service Programme at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, an autonomous postgraduate school of the National University of Singapore (NUS). He previously served as Chief of the Regional Legal Service at the Department of the Interior and Local Government, Special Prosecution Officer at the Office of the Ombudsman-Mindanao, Assistant Secretary at the Office of the President and is a member of the Career Executive Service Board.

With an outstanding background and experience in public service, Honorable Commissioner Enad projects not only a true epitome of an exemplary leader, but also a significant slate who shall eagerly contribute to the implementation and execution of the current and future programs aligned to the mandate of the Commission.
