Following the successful conduct of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC/Commission) Foreign Mobile Services in various countries such as Cambodia, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Thailand, Japan and Qatar, the Commission’s steadfast commitment and efforts to provide excellent service to the Filipino professionals/Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW)/Bagong Bayani worldwide will again be echoed as the PRC is set to serve more OFWs in the Kingdon of Saudi Arabia – Riyadh this coming September 10-14, 2025 with the following services to be offered:

1. Initial Registration;
2. Renewal and/or Duplication of Professional Identification Card (PIC);
3. Application for Licensure Examination;
4. Issuance of Certifications and/or Authentication of PRC-issued documents;
5. Issuance of Certificate of Good Standing;
6. Application for Special Temporary Permit (STP);
7. Application for Temporary Training Permit (TTP);
8. Application for Registration under Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRA), including issuance of Certificate of CPD Compliance;
9. Renewal of ASEAN Chartered Professional Identification Card; and,
10. Other PRC-related services.

An oath-taking of new passers will also be administered by the PRC through an oath-ceremony to be held on September 12, 2025 at the Diplomatic Quarters, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This activity reflects the PRC’s commitment in recognizing the OFW professionals’ unwavering dedication and contribution to nation-building.

All interested PRC-registered professionals and applicants are advised to create a transaction through their account in the Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS) at https://online.prc.gov.ph, select the appropriate venue (“FMS – Riyadh, KSA”), and pay the corresponding fees.
