The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/

All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 1447 (s.2021), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that the November 28, 29, & 30, 2021 and December 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, and 10, 2021 Dentists Licensure Examination (DLE) shall be rescheduled to January 12, 13, & 14, 2022 (Written Phase) and January 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, & 11, 2022 (Practical Phase). The DLE-Practical Phase has been rescheduled ahead of the Written Phase to give way for the request of Adventist University of the Philippines.

Further, PRC Baguio, Cebu, Davao, and Iloilo are designated as additional testing centers in the January 2022 DLE to reduce the travel of examinees from the regions to NCR during the Covid-19 pandemic. Likewise, to meet the increased requirement in the number of testing venues with dental chairs/ simulators in the practical phase in order to maintain social distancing as a means to mitigate the possible spread of the Covid-19 virus.
