The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that the conduct of nationwide September 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) on September 27-28, 2025, will be rescheduled on November 22-23, 2025 due to forecasted heavy rainfall that will be brought about by Severe Tropical Storm “Opong” and in consideration of the health and safety of the examinees and assigned examination personnel.

This is in pursuance with Memorandum Circular No. 102 issued by the Office of the President.
