ABU DHABI, UAE - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) successfully administered the first-ever Face-to-Face Special Mass Oath‑Taking Ceremony for 2025 SPLE passers in Abu Dhabi, UAE, organized by the Philippine Embassy, Migrant Workers Office, and the Philippine Professional Organization (PPO) UAE.

The ceremony was held on August 23, 2025, at the Abu Dhabi Country Club—marking a significant milestone that brought together professionals from both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

PRC Regional Director Romel Balisang officiated the oath, while Philippine Ambassador to the UAE, H.E. Alfonso Ferdinand Ver, graced the event as Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker.

This momentous occasion not only marked the official beginning of these professionals’ careers—it also stood as a powerful testament to the strength, resilience, and excellence of Filipino professionals abroad.
