The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) congratulates the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded September 2025 Psychometricians Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the twelve thousand four hundred and sixteen (12,416) successful passers out of the fourteen thousand two hundred and seventy-five (14,275) examinees in N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
