The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) lauds the successful takers and the TOP THREE examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded August 2025 Certified Plant Mechanics Computer-Based Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from eighty-four (84) successful passers out of the one hundred and fifty-nine (159) examinees in N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao,Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Zamboanga and Puerto Princesa, Palawan
