The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) lauds the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded August 2025 Environmental Planners Computer-Based Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from four hundred and four (404) successful passers out of the four hundred and thirty-six (436) examinees in N. C. R., Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Rosales
