The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) sends out its warm congratulations to the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded August 2025 Guidance Counselors Computer-Based Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from four hundred and ninety-six (496) successful passers out of the seven hundred and forty-four (744) examinees in N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Lucena and Rosales.
