The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) lauds the successful takers and the TOP FIVE examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded October 2025 Chemical Technicians Licensure Examination. The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the two thousand three hundred and twenty (2,320) successful passers out of the two thousand seven hundred and sixty-six (2,766) examinees in N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban and Zamboanga.
