The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) lauds the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded October 2025 Licensure Examination for Fisheries Professionals.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the one thousand five hundred and seven (1,507) successful passers out of the two thousand one hundred and sixty-five (2,165) examinees in sixteen (16) Testing Centers all over the Philippines.
