The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) lauds the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded October 2025 Optometrists Computer-Based Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the three hundred and ninety-three (393) successful passers out of the four hundred and fifteen (415) examinees in N.C.R.
