The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) extends its warm congratulations to the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded September 2025 Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the six hundred and twenty-nine (629) successful passers out of the nine hundred and nineteen (919) examinees in N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales and Tuguegarao.
