The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) extends its warmest congratulations to the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded September 2025 Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the four hundred and sixty-nine (469) successful passers out of the five hundred and forty-one (541) examinees in N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao and Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
