Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 133 issued by the Office of the President, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) informs the public that all PRC Offices and Service Centers in the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Benguet, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Apayao, Batanes, Nueva Vizcaya, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, and Bataan will implement a Work-From-Home arrangement on September 1, 2026 (Tuesday).

This arrangement is being implemented upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), and in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, which poses risks of localized flooding and travel hazards.

All onsite appointments scheduled on the said date will be accommodated upon the resumption of regular onsite operations.

The PRC advises the public to monitor its official communication channels for further announcements and updates.
