PRC has a lot of Exam applicants per profession. If you don’t have your application number after you paid, kindly wait for 15-30 minutes (depending on the volume of applicants for the day). But after waiting and you still don’t have it, proceed to your chosen appointment place and present your application form or send an email at technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph

Go to your profile and check if you selected “Yes” on “Have you ever been convicted by final judgement by any court of justice/military tribunal or administrative body?” portion and if yes, kindly select “No” then save.

If you selected “No” on ““Have you ever been convicted by final judgement by any court of justice/military tribunal or administrative body?” portion, proceed to your chosen appointment place.

Send an email providing your registered email, profession and 7-digit license number at technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph with a screen shot of the problem occurred or proceed to the nearest PRC Office.
