The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Name of Project: Procurement of Desktop Computers

Approved Budget for the Contract: Five Million Three Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and Sixty-Four Centavos (PHP 5,358,239.64)

Pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB), a complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00).

The Professional Regulation Commission-Central Office (PRC-CO) will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on April 24, 2024 at 09:30 A.M., via videoconferencing, which shall be open to prospective bidders. For proper coordination, all interested bidders are hereby requested to submit their Letter of Intent to participate, including therein contract details, and send to bac@prc.gov.ph on or before April 23, 2024.

Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before May 7, 2024 at 09:00 AM. Late bids shall not be accepted.

All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in Section II, Instructions to Bidders, Item No. 14.

Bid opening shall be on May 7, 2024 at 09:30 A.M. at the BAC Office, 4th Flr., PRC Annex Bldg., P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila. Bidders may attend the bid opening via videoconferencing or in person.

The PRC-CO reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
