The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. An applicant for Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers Licensure Examination shall submit the following documentary requirements in support to his/her application and pay the prescribed fees:

a) Original and photocopy of the Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA);

b) Original and photocopy of the PSA-issued Marriage Certificate/Contract (for married female);

c) Original or certified true copy of the Diploma and Transcript of Records in BS Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, BS Agricultural Engineering or its equivalent degree conferred by a Higher Education Institution (HEI) in the Philippines or an institution of learning in a foreign country duly recognized by CHED.     • completed his degree program in Psychology from a school outside the Philippines.
    • completed a seemingly equivalent innovative program approved by CHED but may not have sufficiently met the required PSG for Psychology Education
    • took subjects similar to the required Board Exam subjects that need to be confirmed and vetted by the CHED as equivalent. 
  2. For the non-psychology degree holders TOR should show bridging subjects in Developmental Psychology, Theories of Personality, Abnormal Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Psychological Assessment, and Social Psychology.

  4. a graduate of a four-year course in sanitary engineering or BSCE having taken major subjects in sanitary engineering from a school, institute, college or university recognized by the Government or the State wherein it is established.

  4. Original and photocopy of National Bureau Investigation (NBI) Clearance; and
  5. Certificate of 1,000 Case Hours of Supervised Field Instruction signed by the Agency Field Supervisor (AFS) or Faculty Supervisor (in the event that the AFS is not available or has no valid PRC license), and further certified by the current Field; Instruction Coordinator or current Head of the Social Work Program who must have an updated Professional Identification Card (PIC).

REPEATERS:

  1. Original and photocopy of NBI Clearance; and
  2. Certificate of 1,000 Case Hours of Supervised Field Instruction signed by the Agency Field Supervisor (AFS) or Faculty Supervisor (in the event that the AFS is not available or has no valid PRC license), and further certified by the current Field Instruction Coordinator or current Head of the Social Work Program who must have an updated PIC.

Qualifications:

  1. A citizen of the Philippines or of a foreign state/country which observes reciprocity with the Philippines for the practice of speech language pathology;
  2. Of good moral character;
  3. Has not been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude; and
  4. A graduate of a bachelor’s degree in speech language pathology from a school, college or university in the Philippines or abroad that is recognized by the CHED.

  4. College Diploma and TOR3 (original or authenticated, with scanned picture and remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”);
  5. Certificate of Completion of the ten (10) months of internship signed by the Dean and Registrar with school seal;
  6. NBI Clearance (valid at least 6 months as of the date of filing of the application); and
  7. Other documents that may be required by the Board.

FOREIGN NATIONALS

  1. Notarized Application Form (Annex A);
  2. Copy of the national law or international treaty, agreement or covenant to prove reciprocity for the practice of Speech-Language Pathology between the Philippines and his/her country as provided under Section 34 of Board Resolution No. 04 (s. 2022);
  3. Birth Certificate;
  4. Marriage Certificate/Contract (for married female applicants);
  5. Copy of passport date page or any equivalent document to establish citizenship;
  6. College Diploma and TOR, with scanned picture;
  7. Certificate of Good Moral Character to be issued by any of the following: employer, school/college/university or any competent authority acceptable to the Board; and
  8. Other documents that may be required by the Board.

For degrees taken abroad, the applicant has to submit a Certificate of Equivalency from the Commission on Higher Education.

All official documents that are issued or executed abroad must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate/Legation in the State or country where they are issued or executed. An Apostille Certification issued by the foreign competent authority responsible for the implementation of the Apostille Convention is sufficient. The document must also be accompanied by an official English translation, if applicable.
