Approved Budget for the Contract:
The supplier shall bid for the item described in the Terms of Reference which shall not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of:
- Lot 1: Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos and Fifty-Eight Centavos (Php213,766.58) inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges
- Lot 2: Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Three Pesos and Thirty-Three Centavos (Php12,383.33) inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges
- Lot 3: Twenty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Nine Pesos and Ninety-Five Centavos (Php27,549.95) inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges
- Lot 4: Eighty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos and Ninety-Seven Centavos (Php87,495.97) inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges
- Lot 5: Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php60,000.00) inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges.
Bidders who are legally, technically, and financially capable may submit their accomplished open quotation/proposal personally by mail/courier addressed to the BAC Office, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P. Paredes St. Sampaloc, Manila through facsimile No. (02) 5-3100037 or via email at bac@prc.gov.ph using the “PRC Official Forms” provided in the RFQ, duly signed by the owner or his duly authorized representative not later than November 6, 2023 at 9:30 A.M..
