The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Board of Nursing re-sets 2013 Nursing Licensure Exams

Manila, February 19, 2013 – The Professional Regulatory Board of Nursing announces that the Nursing Licensure Exams (NLE) originally scheduled on July 6 and 7, 2013 and December 15 and 16, 2013 has been re-set due to the less availability of classrooms/testing sites outside Metro Manila during the scheduled period.

In its issuance of Board Resolution No.14 dated February 15, 2013, the Board of Nursing mentioned the need to re-schedule the dates of the exam to periods where classrooms are more readily available.

The new schedule of the 2013 board licensure examination for Nurses with the schedules for filing of applications will be moved as follows:
