The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Face-to-Face Oathtaking of the New Medical Technologists

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Medical Technologists will be held on October 28, 2022, 4:00 P.M., at the Ann Margaret Hall, Diversion 21 Hotel, Iloilo City.

All successful examinees who are interested to attend the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register at least one (1) day before the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.

Further, inductees shall bring ANY of the following on the day of the oathtaking:

  • Vaccination Card
  • Negative RT-PCR results taken within 48 hours before the oathtaking
  • Antigen Test results taken within 12 hours before the oathtaking

Those who will not be able to attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may opt to attend the online oathtaking on November 11, 2022 or request for a special oathtaking.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
