The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Online Oathtaking of the New Professional Teachers

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the new passers of the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers that the conduct of online oathtaking will be on January 5, 12, 19, and 26, 2021, at 09:00 A.M. and 01:00 P.M., which will be spearheaded by PRC-Cebu, PRC-NCR, PRC-Baguio, PRC-Rosales, PRC-Tuguegarao, PRC-San Fernando Pampanga, PRC-Lucena, PRC-Legaspi, PRC-Iloilo, PRC-Tacloban, PRC-Pagadian, PRC-Cagayan de Oro, PRC-Davao, PRC-General Santos, and PRC-Butuan through Microsoft Teams.

Inductees shall wear a formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (white physical or virtual background) throughout the oathtaking ceremony.

Please secure an online appointment schedule at http://online.prc.gov.ph  and  select “e-OATH” as transaction. The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day. Inductees are required to print "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form that is downloadable at the PRC Online Services.
