The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Opening of the Online Filing of Applications for the November 2023 Professional Mechanical Engineers Oral Examination/Technical Evaluation

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that the online filing of applications for the November 2023 Professional Mechanical Engineers (PME) Oral Examination/Technical Evaluation is open until November 20, 2023.

All applicants shall pay the amount of P2,200.00 as application fee via https://online.prc.gov.ph/  on or before 20 November 2023. Applicants who have previously paid the application fee of P900.00 and who intend to take the PME Oral Examination/Technical Evaluation in Dubai shall pay the deficiency in the amount of P1,300.00 to the PRC Cashier and bring a copy of their proof of payment on the scheduled date of examination for purposes of verification.
