The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Request for Transfer of Examination Venue for the Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers

Following the health protocols imposed by the local Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) in different regions and provinces, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs all concerned examinees of the Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT) that transfer of examination venue may be requested on a first come, first served basis, subject to the availability of slots in the chosen examination venue and approval of the concerned Regional Director/Officer-in-Charge.

Concerned examinees may send a request letter and a scanned copy or picture of the Notice of Admission (NOA) to the Regional Offices’ email addresses provided in this link not later than June 14, 2021: https://www.prc.gov.ph/regional-offices-contact-information.
