MANILA, PHILIPPINES – To showcase and feature the artistic side of Filipino professionals and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) personnel, Sining Sipat: Handog ng Komisyon sa Ika-Singkwenta Anyos Nito has been launched as the official appellation for this year’s art exhibit on June 19-23, 2023.  This was in conjunction with the Commission’s 50th Founding Anniversary and 2023 Professional Regulation Week with the theme: PRC @50: Celebrating Milestones of Professional Excellence and Global Recognition. Bold at Gold! Sining Sipat has been devoted to all PRC personnel, registered and licensed professionals under PRC, bonafide member of PRC Accredited Professional Organization (APO), or an Accredited Professional Organization (APO) or accredited and integrated Professional Organization (AIPO). With much awe and inspiration, visitors and viewers of the fifty-seven (57) participating artworks gathered at the Examiner’s Lounge, Third Floor, PRC Main Building. Such an event was an unleashed display of the imaginative, creative, and ingenious sides of every participating artist.   

 With such an activity, may this be a precedent of future and similar ventures; for through art and science, one may enrich the soul and inpire.  While we are still living with the effects of the pandemic, let’s be reminded of the Wellarts Association’s words: “The arts are a critical component of healthcare.  Expressive art is a tool to explore, develop, and practice creativity as a means to wellness.”  Sining sipat meaning
