The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Suspension of Frontline Services in PRC Robinsons Place Palawan

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that PRC Robinsons Place Palawan shall be temporarily closed to walk-in clients starting January 11, 2022 (Tuesday) until January 12, 2022 (Wednesday), to facilitate disinfection and to conduct contact tracing.

To date, one employee tested COVID-19 positive in Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test. The said employee is currently under strict quarantine, including those who have known exposure to the confirmed positive case.

The PRC is strictly implementing all necessary health and safety protocols pursuant to and consistent with the directives and guidelines of the Department of Health to protect its clients and personnel.

Affected appointments will be accommodated upon resumption of operations on January 13, 2022 (Thursday).
