The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Temporary Suspension of PRC Frontline Services in Morayta, PICC, Robinsons Sta. Rosa and Robinsons Place Dasmarinas

Due to the declaration of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) in the National Capital Region (NCR), Laguna and Cavite beginning August 4, 2020 until August 18, 2020, the following PRC Offices will be closed to public but will continue to implement a work-from-home and skeleton workforce whenever appropriate or until the lifting of MECQ:

  • PRC MORAYTA
  • PRC PICC

To ensure continuity in the delivery of PRC's mandated services, the following PRC Service Centers within NCR shall maintain a skeleton workforce and shall remain open for frontline services: 

  • ROBINSONS PLACE MANILA
  • ROBINSONS GALLERIA ORTIGAS
  • ROBINSONS PLACE LAS PIÑAS
  • ROBINSONS NOVALICHES

Further, service centers in Robinsons Place Dasmariñas and Robinsons Sta. Rosa will be closed to the public.

Those with confirmed appointments but were affected by MECQ are reminded not to reschedule or cancel their confirmed appointments as they will be accommodated once MECQ is lifted.
