The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is inviting qualified applicants for the following vacant positions for PRC – Central Office:

  1. Fully accomplished and Notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) and attached Work Experience Sheet which can be downloaded at www.csc gov.ph (The date of the duly notarized PDS must be within the publication period);
  2. Performance Rating (for private employees) or DPCR/IPCR in the last rating period (for government employees);
  3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and
  4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records;
  5. Certificates of Relevant Trainings and Seminars attended;
  6. Designation order in case the applicant has been designated in an acting capacity or Officer-in-Charge in a Department/Office/Division

(Applicable for Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Professional Regulations Officer, Information Technology Officer III positions)

(for government employees);

  1. Proof of related/relevant experience earned in special assignment/committees or Technical Working Group (TWG) (if applicable);
