Important Note: Please submit your documents in hard and soft copies to the Regulation Division in an orderly manner based on the list below including this checklist. The soft copy shall be scanned in pdf which shall be contained in a flash drive and kindly indicate the following: (e.g. “1_ Application form for accreditation”, “2_ Authenticated Copy of the Certificate of Registration from the SEC” as the filename of each document for easy identification.)
