The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,790 out of 5,795 passed the Agriculturist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Agriculture in the cities of Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Pagadian and Zamboanga this October 2016. The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 10 out of 36 passed the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination and 2 out of 12 passed the X-Ray Technologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Radiologic Technology in: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in Kuwait last September 2016.

Manila, October 26, 2016 --- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) together with the Board of Criminology will conduct the Board Licensure Examination for Criminologists on October 28, 29, and 30, 2016, Friday to Saturday, in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Pagadian, Zamboanga and Rosales, Pangasinan for the thirty five thousand thirty three (35,033) examinees.

Manila, October 26, 2016 --- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) together with the Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) of Interior Design will conduct the Board Licensure Examination for Interior Designers on October 25 (Tuesday), 26 (Wednesday) & 27 (Thursday), 2016 to four hundred twenty (420) examinees in Manila.

Manila, October 25, 2016---The Professional Regulation Commission would like to warn the public and professionals alike about the reoccurring fake transaction scam of soliciting payment for clearance through the social media. The scammers usually use the names: ALFREDO PO, DIR.RODRIGO BALAQUI and ATTY. EUGENIO RIEGO in their illegal transactions.

Previous incidents were reported to the Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) of Mechanical Engineers and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) for appropriate action.

Manila, October 25, 2016 --- Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1105, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the temporary suspension of services on October 31, 2016 (Monday) and November 1, 2016 (Tuesday). October 31 was declared as an additional special non-working holiday by providing longer All Saints' Day celebration to strengthen family times and promote domestic tourism.

PRC will resume its normal operations on Wednesday, November 2, 2016.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announces that 37 elementary teachers out of 120 examinees (30.83%) and 74 secondary teachers out of 200 examinees (37.00%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) given last September 16, 2016 in: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar and in Kuwait.

Manila, October 21, 2016 --- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the schedule of the Ocular Pharmacology Examination on November 22, 2016 pursuant to Professional Regulatory Board of Optometry Resolution No.9, Series of 2016. The Commission and the Board of Optometry decided to hold another Ocular Pharmacology Examination this year in consideration of the petition from the examinees and upon consultation with various offices of the commission.
