Manila, May 8, 2014 -- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the launching of its first-ever Fun Run Activity dubbed “PRC RUN (Rising in Unity for Nation-Building”) at the PRC lot along Macapagal Avenue.

Registration period for the 5-kilometer, 2.5-kilometer and the 1-kilometer run will be from April 21 – June 8, 2014 in All SM Business Centers. The fun run activity will spearhead the week-long celebration of the 41st Professional Regulation Consciousness Week.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,862 out of 4,289 passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Civil Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Lucena this May 2014.

The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,093 out of 2,365 passed the Midwife Licensure Examination given by the Board of Midwifery in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last April 2014.

The members of the Board of Midwifery who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Alejandro R. San Pedro, Chairman; Dr. Remy B. Dequiña, Dr. Josephine H. Hipolito, Ms. Lolita I. Dicang and Ms. Rhodora L. Lopez, Members.

Manila, April 30, 2014 --- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that a total of 306 examinees will take the Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) set on May 25-26, 2014 in Bacolod City.

All 306 examinees who have earlier filed their applications for NLE requested for a transfer of examination venue from Iloilo City to Bacolod.

Aside from the May 2014 NLE, Bacolod City will also serve as venue for the July 27, 2014 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers and the November 29-30, 2014 NLE.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 149 out of 533 passed the Librarian Licensure Examination given by the Board for Librarians in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Legazpi this April 2014.

The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examination.

SIPALAY CITY, some three (3) hours south of Bacolod City is an additional destination for the Mobile Service dubbed “PRC-Iloilo On-The-Road” Program.

THE TRANSFER of examination venue from Iloilo City to Bacolod City requested by examinees who applied for the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination or PNLE on May 25 and 26, 2014 has been completed. A total of 306 examinees are sitting for the PNLE.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 4,688 out of 13,873 passed the Criminologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Criminology in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga this April 2014. The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 242 out of 438 passed the Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Chemical Engineering in Manila this April 2014.
