Manila, November 8, 2013 – The Professional Regulatory Board of Interior Design announces the release of an amended list of successful examinees in the October 2013 Board Licensure Examination for Interior Designers.

The amended list reflects the new passing rate of seventy percent (70%) as prescribed under R.A. 10350, the Board said.

Manila, November 8, 2013 – The Professional Regulatory Board of Geology announces the release of an amended list of successful examinees in the August 2013 Board Licensure Examination for Geologists.

The amended list reflects the new passing rate of seventy percent (70%) as prescribed under R.A. 10166.

The Board of Geology explained that under the new Professional Regulatory Law (Section 19 of Republic Act No. 10166), an examinee should obtain a general weighted average of not less than seventy percent (70%) to pass the licensure exam.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 382 out of 834 passed the Librarian Licensure Examination given by the Board for Librarians in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Legazpi this November 2013.

The members of the Board for Librarians who gave the licensure examination are Corazon M. Nera, Chairman; Arabella M. Ananoria and Mila M. Ramos, Members. The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 113 out of 195 passed the Geologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Geology in Manila this August 2013.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 326 out of 790 passed the Respiratory Therapist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Respiratory Therapy in Manila last October 2013.

Manila, October 24, 2013 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) today stated that 23,174 examinees will be taking the Board Licensure Examination for Criminologists on October 24, 25 and 26, 2013 in 10 testing centers nationwide.

The PRC said that bulk of Criminologist examinees comes from the National Capital Region with 5,462 examinees followed by Baguio with 4,014 examinees.

Manila, October 24, 2013 – University of Saint Louis – Tuguegarao graduate Jackson Castillejos Apostol topped the recent Board Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants (BLECPA) with a general average rating of 93.86%.

Apostol bested the 10,396 examinees who took the CPA exams in 7 testing centers which include Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi.
