The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at:

All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

ADVISORY (PRC-ILOILO): Procedure in the Claiming of Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration

We PRINT as you CLAIM.

TO FREE PROFESSIONALS OF FALLING IN LINE, those without a specific date/schedule for claiming their Professional Identification Card (PIC) or any other PRC-issued document, MUST do the following, effective immediately:

  1. Make a photocopy of the claim slip;
  2. Submit this photocopy to a PRC-assigned person at the ground floor (below the mezzanine floor or the Records Section); or scan it and send thru e-mail address;
  3. Count seven (7) working days from date of request, and come back to claim it;
  4. Come back on the scheduled date of claiming, EITHER PERSONALLY or through a REPRESENTATIVE. (Please read the information on your claim slip); and
  5. Come as scheduled, to avoid inconvenience.



  • Read instructions on the claim slip;
  • Read signages posted on the walls of PRC-Iloilo Office;
  • Follow instructions;
  • Explore the option of claiming the PIC through a representative;
