The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) warmly congratulates the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees who garnered the highest rankings of the recently concluded April 2025 Licensure Examination for Midwives.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from one thousand nine hundred and seventy-five (1,975) passers out of the three thousand four hundred and forty-four (3,444) examinees N.
